7th Face-to-Face Meeting of the OAD Steering Committee

The OAD Steering Committee exercises general oversight of the activities of the OAD and its staff. It comprises 3 members nominated by the International Astronomical Union (IAU) and 3 members nominated by the National Research Foundation (NRF). This meeting will be the first for the newly selected Steering Committee, appointed at the IAU General Assembly in 2015. A variety of subjects pertaining to the activities of the OAD, its regional offices and long term strategies on the future of the OAD will be discussed at the meeting.
