Science Forum South Africa 2016

The Science Forum South Africa aims To create a platform for a vibrant debate on the role of science, technology and innovation in society and To promote international science, technology and innovation partnerships.  Science Forum South Africa 2016 was held on 8-9 December at the CSIR International Convention Centre, Pretoria, South Africa. It was supported by the Department of Science and Technology and inaugurated by the South African Minister of Science and Technology, Naledi Pandor.

The program included several topical issues addressed by experts from South Africa and abroad. For the second year in a row, the OAD participated in this highlight event for the Science community in the country. A team from the OAD were present on the exhibition floor during the conference, meeting and talking to conference participants from several countries and the general public.
