Project Description:
The project will develop two different games that allow kids to learn about Planetary Systems. The first one, meant for younger children, consists of a board game based on the voyage of the New Horizons spacecraft. By playing the game, students will learn basic concepts about the Solar System. The second is a card game that will allow older students to understand more specific information regarding our planetary system, and some basic concepts about planetary formation.
The games will impart important and up-to-date information about the Solar System in a short time period. Also, the learning process will take place in a more agile, dynamic, and intuitive way.
